Job summary

Resilience seeks a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise inspection processes on the production floor and act as a technical resource for the team. You will review complex documentation, maintain qualification standards, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with engineers and Process Facilitators.

The role requires strong English communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to work within a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or cGMP manufacturing.
• Mastery of visual defect detection and inspection accuracy across material types.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor inspection process activities on the production floor.
• Perform advanced batch record and GMP documentation entries.
• Maintain certifications and provide on-the-job training to team members.
