Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise complex packaging activities on the production floor in Port Union, OH. Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.
• Ability to work independently and resolve complex production issues.
• Proven ability to review GMP documentation and batch records.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training peers on the production floor.
• English communication skills required.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor complex process activities on the production floor.
• Perform technician tasks including start-up, operation, packaging, and line clearances.
• Control inventory and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute qualification and validation protocols.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMPs on the floor.
• Support lean activities and CI projects.
