Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead for the Night Shift to oversee complex packaging operations and serve as a technical resource on the production floor. You will perform startup, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances while maintaining strict adherence to cGMP and QA documentation.

You will train peers, review batch records, and support continuous improvement initiatives with engineers and management.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required with pharmaceutical/manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Experience training peers on the production floor and authoring GMP documentation.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, deviations, change control and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor complex packaging ops on the production floor; supervise team activities.
• Perform start-up, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Handle inventory control using SAP and WES; support deviations and investigations as needed.
• Review batch records and SOPs for accuracy; ensure compliance with cGMP and Quality systems.
• Provide on-the-job training and act as CI project resource; participate in Tier 0 meetings.
