Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to steer inspection operations on the production floor, ensuring batch records and GMP documentation meet high standards. You will act as a technical resource, provide on-the-job training, and collaborate with Process Facilitators and Engineers to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications include 4+ years in pharma/biotech manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or cGMP manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements and documentation practices.
• Mastery of visual defect detection and inspection accuracy.
• Strong organizational, analytical and prioritization skills.
• Ability to read/write/speak English to communicate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor inspection process activities on the production floor.
• Perform inventory control and reconciliation using SAP/WES.
• Review batch records and GMP documentation; guide teammates on accuracy.
• Serve as a technical resource and on-the-job trainer for floor personnel.
