Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise complex packaging operations on a 12‑hour day shift. You will perform start‑ups, operate equipment, manage inventory in SAP/WES, and ensure strict cGMP documentation and compliance on the production floor.

Qualified candidates bring advanced cGMP knowledge, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to train peers as a Tier 0 trainer.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing and cGMP-regulated environments.
• Ability to review GMP documentation and batch records for accuracy.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex packaging floor activities and monitor production operations.
• Perform start-up, equipment operation, packaging and line clearances.
• Manage inventory and reconcile using SAP and WES.
• Execute qualification and validation protocols for equipment/processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and cGMP on the production floor.
• Support lean initiatives including 5S and CI projects.
• Provide GMP documentation guidance and review batch records.
• Review and update SOPs and forms for accuracy.
