Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician IV, Lead to supervise and optimize production floor operations. You will lead complex process activities, ensure SOP and cGMP compliance, and support equipment qualification and process validation tasks.

The role requires advanced GMP knowledge, strong problem solving, and independent work capabilities in a fast-paced biotech environment. Schedule follows a 12-hour 2/2/3 pattern on site with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems, including deviations, change control, and data integrity.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and resourcefully to resolve complex production issues.
• Proven ability to review and ensure accuracy of critical GMP documentation and batch records.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and prioritize daily tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operations Lead and monitor complex process activities to ensure successful operations on the production floor.
• Perform technician tasks including start-up, equipment operation, manual packaging, and line clearances.
• Perform inventory control and reconciliation using SAP and WES.
• Execute protocols as part of equipment qualification and process validation work.
• Ensure work requirements are followed on the production floor per SOPs and cGMPs.
