WSP Global Inc. is seeking a POWER Testing and Energization (PTE) Lead P&C Technician Field Services based in Missouri, Indiana, or Kansas.

You will lead field operations, provide expert guidance, mentor technicians, and coordinate with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality electrical testing for substations and power systems. Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent.
11+ years in electrical testing, incl. MV/HV breakers, transformers, and substation protection testing.
Expertise with transmission/generation/distribution relays (SEL, Basler, Beckwith, GE).
Advanced skills in relay calibration using Omicron CMC 256/356, Doble F6150; testing sensing CT/PT circuits; uploading relay settings.
Familiarity with NETA, IEEE, NFPA testing standards.

Lead field operations for complex construction projects with expert technical guidance and day-to-day oversight.
Troubleshoot technical challenges and uphold safety and quality; escalate issues as needed.
Coordinate with engineers, scientists, and subcontractors to deliver field tasks efficiently and compliantly.
Mentor technicians, manage site logistics, and communicate progress to project leadership.
Perform testing and commissioning of Protection and Control systems on 15–500 kV substations as required.
Maintain safety protocols and participate in daily safety briefings and risk assessments.
Document site activities using field forms, digital data tools, and mobile apps.
Act as primary field liaison with clients, contractors, vendors, and project managers.
