Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of field experience.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform rigorous physical labor.
• Willing to work overtime and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members in the absence of the Foreman.
• Set poles and anchors.
• Install transformers, arrestors, cutouts, crossarms, insulators, switches, and switchgear.
• Troubleshoot primary and secondary systems and clear faults.
• Plan safe work and conduct pre-job briefings.
