Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Supervisor, Outside Sales to lead a Residential Connectivity Sales team in Phoenix, with field and office duties and travel across territories.

You will recruit, train, coach, and guide staff to meet targets, while staying informed on Spectrum products and market trends. This role requires English proficiency, strong communication, and readiness for evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development.
• Set clear expectations and coach team members for results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives and support decisions.
• Oversee payroll approvals and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings and market trends.
