Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Resource Counselor II, Patient Access Representative II or equivalent for at least two years.
• Must meet Missouri employment requirements for all persons contracted to do work with the Department of Social Services including fingerprinting.
• Complete the 6-8 week Family Support Division training related to application processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the functions, activities and outpatient staff of the Financial Counseling Center.
• Ensure patients access financial counseling for Medicaid, Crime Victims, and Financial Assistance Programs.
• Coordinate training needs with the Performance Improvement Specialist.
• Coordinate workflow of employees and manage the Customer Service component of outpatient and follow up of the Financial Counseling Center.
• Coordinate quality assurance, monitoring of applications and discount processes as well as the FCC customer service.
• Provide support supervision to Integrated Program Coordinators involved in the Missouri Family Support Division project.
