Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Resource Counselor II, Patient Access Representative II or equivalent for at least two years.
• Must meet Missouri employment requirements including fingerprinting.
• Complete 6-8 week Family Support Division training for application processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the functions, activities and outpatient staff of the Financial Counseling Center.
• Ensure patients access Medicaid, Crime Victims, and Financial Assistance programs.
• Coordinate training needs with the Performance Improvement Specialist.
• Coordinate workflow of employees and manage the Customer Service component of outpatient and follow up.
• Coordinate quality assurance, monitoring of applications and discount processes; ensure FCC customer service.
• Support Integrated Program Coordinators involved in the Missouri Family Support Division project.
