Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent.

• Internal candidates must have a meets expectations rating or above on the last two evaluations.
• Must meet Missouri employment requirements for Department of Social Services engagements which includes tax requirements and fingerprinting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the functions, activities and outpatient staff of the Financial Counseling Center.
• Ensure patients access financial counseling for Medicaid, Crime Victims, and Financial Assistance Programs.

• Coordinate workflow of employees and manage the Customer Service component of outpatient and follow up.

Ensure patients access financial counseling for eligibility for Medicaid, Crime Victims, and the organization’s Financial Assistance Programs. Coordinate training needs with the Performance Improvement Specialist.
