Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations. Remote to start with hybrid conversion requiring onsite travel later in major U.S.

hubs. The role focuses on architecture leadership, production support, and operational continuity across HR platforms. The candidate will oversee design, development, and optimization of integrations, provide technical leadership, and ensure robust CI/CD, security, and reliability.

Formación

• Ten or more years of enterprise application engineering or integrations experience.
• Deep experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud and HCM APIs.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, SFTP, event-driven integrations and batch processing.
• Production support, incident management and root cause analysis expertise.
• SDLC including architecture, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and Jira management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM-related integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, retirement and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and production troubleshooting.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, documentation, and release management practices.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT and vendors.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards and operational excellence.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management and delivery execution.
• Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, and Jira reporting.
