Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer – Oracle HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and enterprise HR system connections. The role provides architecture leadership, production support, and engineering oversight across HR, payroll, benefits, and enterprise platforms.

Remote to start, with hybrid onsite later, within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA; Madison, NJ; NYC; or Boston. This is a contract‑to‑hire, W‑2 engagement with a target conversion after six months.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application engineering, HCM or integrations.
• Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and OIC.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, middleware, and iPaaS.
• Senior leadership in architecture and engineering.
• Production support and incident management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
• Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and release management.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Security, IT, and vendors.
• Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
• Participate in Agile processes, sprint planning, Jira reporting.
