Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer for Oracle HCM Integrations, remote-to-start with eventual hybrid work. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and HCM APIs, with architecture leadership and strong production support.

The position is contract-to-hire with conversion to FTE after ~6 months. This client-facing role involves overseeing HR systems integrations across payroll, benefits, and enterprise platforms, with responsibilities in CI/CD,

Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise application engineering or integrations experience.
Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Proficiency with REST APIs, SOAP web services, middleware and iPaaS platforms.
Lead/Principal level with enterprise architecture and solution design experience.
Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis expertise.
SDLC proficiency incl. architecture, CI/CD, testing, and Jira backlog/sprint management.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
Serve as technical lead and escalation point for HCM integration issues.
Architect and support integrations with payroll, benefits, and enterprise systems.
Provide architecture reviews, testing oversight, and deployment support.
Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release management practices.
Mentor engineers and promote engineering standards and operational excellence.
Support roadmap planning, vendor management, and delivery execution.
