Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Engineer to lead Oracle HCM integrations, providing architecture leadership and hands-on development across Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and related HR systems.

The role focuses on production support, design reviews, and delivering scalable enterprise integrations. The position supports remote work with potential hybrid conversion for onsite collaborations; and requires strong experience in CI/CD, security, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of enterprise app engineering or integrations experience in HCM.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, HCM APIs, HDL/HSDL, and security/roles.
• Strong REST/SOAP, middleware, iPaaS, SFTP/file transfers, and event-driven integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead for HCM integration issues.
• Architect and support integrations across payroll, benefits, retirement, identity management, and enterprise systems.
• Provide reviews, testing oversight, deployment support, and production troubleshooting.
• Establish CI/CD, source control, monitoring, and release management best practices.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge-transfer plans.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and IT; mentor engineers.
