Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Sr. Engineer, HCM Integrations to lead Oracle HCM and enterprise HR integrations. The role provides architecture leadership, production support, and oversight across HR, payroll, benefits, and related systems.

Remote to start with a six‑month target conversion to full‑time, with eventual hybrid work three days onsite per week in Bellevue, WA; Madison, NJ; New York City; or Boston. Rate: $67.00–$77.00 per hour on a W-2.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise app engineering, HCM tech, or integrations.
• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud experience.
• Proficient with REST/SOAP, iPaaS, SFTP, and event-driven integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations.
• Serve as technical lead for HCM integration issues and architecture reviews.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Security, IT, and vendors; mentor engineers.
