Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals in Culver City, CA. As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, mentor the Optical team, and drive exceptional customer experiences through eyewear expertise and strong leadership.

You must be a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified) with 2+ years of supervisory experience, providing clear guidance to customers and maintaining store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of supervisory responsibilities.
• Clear ability to explain prescriptions and eyewear options.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage store operations.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and fit with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Set store up for success by executing operations and staff zoning.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including apprentices.
• Maintain inventory databases and store systems.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture in the store.
