Qualifications

• One year of supervisory or lead operator experience at OSHA-regulated sites.
• Strong time management to meet production and shift goals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment at shift start and during shift; log data accurately.
• Operate a variety of heavy and stationary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment readiness; troubleshoot basics and report complex issues.
• Review production schedules and estimate hourly requirements for crews.
• Suggest improvements to methods, equipment use, and workspace for efficiency.
• Direct and train staff; ensure unit cleanliness and readiness after shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
