Responsibilities

• Supervise package handlers and support staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation.
• Manage daily operations, staffing, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Enforce FXG safety policies and FedEx procedures; address employee concerns.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate daily goals and updates to the team.
• Identify operational improvements and monitor key performance metrics.
