Qualifications

• Six (6) months experience in package handling or supervisory exposure.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Willingness to pursue related education or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of daily operations for package sortation.
• Direct Package Handlers and administrative staff to meet safety and efficiency goals.
• Coach and evaluate staff, manage scheduling, and address performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.
