Qualifications

• 6 months experience in package handling or supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of safety programs and FedEx policies.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and assigned staff.
• Hire, coach, train, evaluate, recognize and discipline staff.
• Ensure the safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
• Lead meetings and communicate operational updates to staff.
