Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- Minimum seven years of operations/manufacturing management experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience in FDA-regulated environments and overseeing 24/7 operations.
Responsibilities
- Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, throughput, and cost targets.
- Leads Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, 5S, Kaizen, and standard work across the site.
- Manages hiring, onboarding, and talent development for direct and indirect reports.
- Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning, and logistics on new product launches and industrialization.
- Oversees budgets, labor planning, and operating expenses; advises site leadership on growth.
