Kokosing is seeking an on-site Construction Engineer to plan, develop, coordinate, and manage engineering activities for heavy highway and bridge projects in the United States. The role requires coordinating personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and supporting the project schedule.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 3+ years of relevant experience; bridge experience is a strong plus. PE license is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred or equivalent training.
• 3+ years of similar construction engineering experience.
• Bridge experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction engineering activities for heavy highway and bridge projects.
• Manage project engineering personnel, including assignments and administration.
• Ensure activities comply with company and contract requirements and support the project schedule (Primavera P6).
• Provide technical support for construction planning, design interpretation, and method application.
• Develop, implement, and administer project engineering procedures and control documents (submittals, RFIs, expediting, pay requests).
• Represent company in A/E, client, and project management meetings.
• Coordinate with on-site departments to resolve issues and support the schedule.
• Oversee pre-construction services, design-build, and business development for the project.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
