Job summary

Fever is seeking an Event Manager to be the on-site lead for operations and to ensure world-class delivery and guest satisfaction during live experiences. You will manage the Operations Team, coordinate with Site Delivery, and lead local decisions during incidents, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, over five years in live events, and excellent communication. It involves a six-day work week, remote prep, and on-site load-in/run/strike.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in event management, live events, festivals, experiential events, or a related production environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to manage a diverse onsite team.
  • Strong budget awareness and ability to work within budget guidelines.
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and de-escalation abilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main on-site point of contact for the venue and authorities during the show.
  • Lead the Operations Team and support Site Delivery across event functions.
  • Manage incidents, safety plans, and adherence to procedures; report outcomes.
  • Oversee staffing, vendors, budgets, and post-event reporting.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and face of the show to guests.
