Job summary

Fever is opening BuzzAttack Philadelphia in December 2026 and seeks a dynamic Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations, guest experience, and on-site teams.

You will hire, train, and coach game masters, manage budgets, events, safety, and compliance, and act as the public face of the venue, delivering memorable experiences.

This role requires 3-5+ years in operations or hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.
