Job summary

Fever is seeking a part-time onsite Event Manager for weekly Fever Originals events in Tampa, FL. You will be the main onsite contact, manage staff rosters, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in event management, passion for live music, and strong customer service. You’ll drive a UHaul, handle guest lists, and represent Fever with professionalism. Contract runs 6 months, up to 29 hours per week, at $25/hour; some holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event management or related field.
• Interest in live music and organizing events
• Exceptional customer service
• Experience leading an on-site team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Driver's license preferred
• Knowledge of AV/PA systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as main onsite contact for Fever events.
• Manage staff roster and scheduling; coordinate with staffing agency.
• Ensure staff are trained for duties like ticket validation and seating arrangement.
• Transport supplies to venues by driving a UHaul.
• Oversee inventory, printing needs and guest lists.
• Deliver opening/closing remarks; occasional public speaking.
• Provide weekly status reports to Fever Originals Project Managers.
• Assist with evaluating venues and walk-throughs.
• Represent Fever brand with professional communication.
