Qualifikationen

• 4–8 years of experience on $15–$30M commercial projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners and subcontractors to ensure high-quality work and schedule adherence.
• Develops and communicates field work plans and changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate problems.
• Updates project schedule and contingency plans as needed.
• Leads contractor meetings and validates safety procedures in the field.
• Keeps daily reports and project documentation current.
