Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating workloads.
• Hands-on maintenance expertise across building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, structural and system issues.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes for residential properties.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and assign daily work orders.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment and common areas.
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with property management on planning, vendor relations and inventory control.
• Conduct regular inspections of units and community spaces.
• Support move-in/move-out processes and capital improvement projects.
