Job summary

Affiliated Resources Group seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to uphold the physical integrity of HDC properties. The role requires troubleshooting, strong customer service, and adherence to UPCS standards to keep units ready for inspection.

Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, deciding repairs or replacements, and coordinating inventory with management while complying with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with vocational cert or equivalent training.
• Five years’ maintenance experience; preferred licensed in trades.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical repairs and appliances.
• HVAC/EPA certified; Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and address work orders (emergency to routine).
• Decide repairs vs. replacements and estimate materials.
• Ensure UPCS-compliant repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain records and reports on maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with management to ensure inventory and readiness of units.
