Job summary

• HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus.
• Experience with split system HVAC units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance and tickets.
• Assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.
• Oversee work performed by contractors and ensure quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team to deliver reliable maintenance services.
