Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physically capable of extensive mobility, lifting, and outdoor work.

Habitat America, LLC, a rapidly growing property management company based in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician in Oxon Hill MD for Homes at Oxon Hill Senior Apartments.

The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all technical and maintenance operations at the community. This leadership role ensures that the property is maintained to the highest standards of safety, functionality, and curb appeal while providing excellent service to residents.

Position Summary

The Lead Maintenance Technician supervises and coordinates maintenance activities, manages work orders, supports unit turnovers, and oversees contractor performance. This position serves as the primary technical resource on-site and works closely with the Community Manager to ensure efficient property operations.
