Job summary

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Southern Pines II Apartments in Lusby, MD. The role entails performing general apartment maintenance, repairing HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems, and assisting with turnovers.

The candidate will join a team that handles after-hours on-call rotations and contractors’ oversight, contributing to safe, well-maintained communities. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience and HVAC/CFC certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair experience.
• HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus; experience with split system HVAC units preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repair tasks.
• Handle maintenance tickets and assist with unit turnovers.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Oversee work performed by contractors.
