Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Dallas seeks a Lead Office Services Associate to deliver exceptional client service across reprographics, mail, intake, facilities and back-office support. You will lead staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure quality and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer-service orientation and ability to lead teams.
• Experience in processing and coordinating back-office tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct workflow for one or more service lines in reprographics, mail, and back-office support.
• Manage timekeeping and attendance for direct reports.
• Communicate with clients and manager on job or deadline issues.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
