Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead site-based network infrastructure and cabling projects. You will develop program schedules, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery within budget and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management or data centers, plus PMP or telecommunication certifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, electrical engineering, construction management or similar experience.
10+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling environment.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects on site.
Develop program schedules and manage targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety.
Consult with clients, prepare proposals, and manage costs and materials.
Direct on-site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.
