Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Proven track record delivering mission-critical programs on time and within budget.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects within a site.
• Establish program schedule and meet targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop program schedule with milestones and manage resources.
• Prepare cost estimates and oversee design efforts and value engineering.
• Coordinate with teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations and manage client communications.
