Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in construction management or related field, 5+ years of PM experience in construction/data centers, and strong leadership. PMP or RCDD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of direct project management experience in construction, data centers, or cabling.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
• Excellent client engagement and communication abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects on site.
• Develop program schedules and manage cost, scope, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage subcontractors.
• Direct procurement, BOMs, and material logistics.
• Monitor progress, report weekly, and manage changes.
• Ensure compliance with codes and CBRE standards.
