Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems in Harvard, MA, seeks a highly motivated Lead NDT Technician. This role supervises a team conducting critical inspections on components for the SPARC project.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in inspection, NDT level II certification, and the ability to carry out weld inspections using various techniques. Qualifications

• NDT level II certification (RT, PT, VT) required.
• 5+ years of experience inspecting welds, braze, and/or solder joints.
• 40 hour radiation safety training certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise NDT technicians conducting inspections.
• Conduct in-process inspections of weldments using various NDT techniques.
• Prepare and document detailed inspection reports.
