Job summary

Open Sky Community Services Inc. seeks a Navigator Supervisor to lead a small team and support members facing homelessness, justice involvement, and behavioral health challenges.

You will engage with individuals entering treatment, help secure housing, transportation, and access to services, and supervise a cohort of navigators providing mentorship and training. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing leadership, oversight, or informal supervision.
• Excellent communication, documentation, time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of approximately 10–15 members enrolled in Community Services Programs and related supports.
• Engage with members entering the treatment system and assist access to services, housing, and resources.
• Provide mentoring, training, coaching, and support to navigators as assigned.
• Coordinate with medical and behavioral health providers to obtain active care plans.
• Develop and implement a Support Plan with members and document progress.
