Smart Build is seeking a Construction Project Manager for multifamily renovations. This on-the-road role will lead multiple rehab and capital projects with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Expect ownership of projects and a clear growth path.

The position offers full-time hours with pay from $85,000 per year and opportunities to scale our national reach while maintaining a personal touch with clients and subs alike.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily rehab and CapEx projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track.
• Proficiency with Excel and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple rehab and capital improvement projects across client sites.
• Prepare project budgets, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns.
• Organize and track inventory, materials, and deliveries across locations.
• Maintain OSHA and internal safety compliance procedures.
• Source, evaluate, and manage subcontractors; bid scopes of work.
• Schedule production timelines and coordinate with subs and property teams.
• Document progress with daily logs, photos, and milestones.
