Job summary

THS National, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily renovation projects, manage budgets, schedules and client relations on-site. You will coordinate subcontractors, prepare POs, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery and financial performance.

Requirements include 4+ years in construction PM, some travel and a degree in CM or related field preferred. This is a full-time role offering growth and extensive collaboration with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction PM Experience.
• Multifamily renovation project experience required.
• Experience managing Submittals & Commitments and schedules.
• Experience building Subcontractor & Vendor resources in new markets.
• Strong knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Procore, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness for minimal monthly travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, construction science, engineering, architecture or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific expectations, schedules, budgets and strategies.
• Build and maintain client rapport; ensure clear deliverables and performance standards.
• Coordinate due diligence, documentation and coordination with partners and end users.
• Guide clients through planning, execution, documentation, sign-off and closeout.
• Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase orders; manage vendor selection within budget.
• Facilitate critical project meetings with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee progress and provide status reports on timeline and budget.
• Act as primary client contact throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed Master Project Schedules and budgets.
• Monitor performance against schedules and milestones across projects.
• Ensure contract compliance and regulatory adherence.
