Job summary

We Search People is seeking a Project Manager for Multifamily Renovations & Capital Improvements in Milford, CT, with regular travel across CT (and occasional NY/NJ). The role oversees renovation and capital projects across a large multifamily portfolio, coordinating contractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily or property management renovation projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
• Experience managing budgets, bids, schedules and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Manage multiple projects across apartment communities, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and maintenance teams.
• Develop scopes, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing and manage project documentation.
• Report progress, budgets and key updates to senior management.
