Qualifications

• 3–7 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in multifamily or residential renovations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across markets.
• Ability to read scopes, construction docs, and bids.
• Valid driver’s license and periodic travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent renovation and capital improvement projects.
• Develop RFPs, solicit bids, and award selections.
• Create and manage contracts with contractors and vendors.
• Track schedules and budgets; approve invoices.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, owners.
