Job summary

Bonaventure Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Capital Projects to oversee owner-side capital improvements across our portfolio. This fully remote role requires coordinating with asset management, operations, and outside teams while traveling to properties as needed.

You will lead end-to-end projects, develop scopes, budgets, and schedules, and maintain tight control of cost, schedule, and safety in occupied communities. A strong background in multifamily renovations is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of construction project management experience, incl. multifamily unit renovations.
• Experience managing construction in occupied apartment communities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, job costing, and change-order review.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision; organized and accountable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate updates clearly.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Teams, and construction management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; related experience may substitute.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Asset Management to align each project with portfolio goals.
• Lead projects end to end from scope and budgeting through construction and closeout.
• Develop clear project plans, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee unit renovation programs and sequencing; ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain project financials; review invoices, change orders, and forecasts.
• Keep project information current; maintain schedules and records.
• Be present on site and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress.
• Travel to properties for due diligence inspections and reviews.
