Etc Companies Llc in Ramsey, NJ seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale, tenant-occupied affordable housing renovations in Ramsey and surrounding NJ/NY regions. The role emphasizes schedules, budgets, and close coordination with Owners, Architects, and CMs to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction project management, strong MS Project/Office skills, and willingness to travel to job sites across the tri-state area.

Formación

• 5+ years of Construction Project Management in occupied multi-family housing.
• Willing to travel to project sites in NJ/NY area.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs for large-scale projects.
• Maintain schedules and create project timetables.
• Manage subcontractor bidding and develop Scopes of Work and bid lists.
• Interface with Owner/Owner’s Representative on schedules and issues.
• Prepare AIA payment applications and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate permits with local building departments and close out projects.
• Lead meetings with Owner, Architect, and CM and distribute minutes.
• Supervise Project Superintendents and monitor site safety.
