Pyramid ETC Companies, LLC in New Haven, CT, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale rehab and renovation projects, primarily tenant-occupied affordable housing throughout Southern Connecticut. The role requires strong management of schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, with hands-on oversight of field teams and coordination with owners and authorities.

Candidates should have 5+ years PM experience, a degree in engineering or construction, and proficiency in MS Project,

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience in occupied multi-family residential units.
• Willing to travel.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes and management techniques.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook; Timberline/BlueBeam a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, Boiler systems, etc.).
• Estimate projects and create comprehensive schedules.
• Interface with Owner/Owner’s Representative on schedule and issues.
• Create and manage RFI’s, Change Orders and correspondence.
• Interface with local building department and obtain permits.
• Manage construction scheduling, long lead items and critical paths.
• Supervise Project Superintendents and review subcontractor requisitions.
