Job summary

Smart Build in the United States seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily rehab and capital-improvement projects across client sites, coordinating budgets, scopes of work, and procurement. You will oversee safety, schedules, and quality while aligning with ROI targets.

You’ll work with a growth-minded team, own projects from planning to completion, and help standardize processes to support expansion across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multifamily rehab and capex projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills to keep projects on track.
• Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheets, and construction management tools.
• Strong network of reliable subcontractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: manage multiple rehab and capital improvement projects and assist in budgets and scopes.
• Subcontractor & Procurement Management: evaluate and manage subcontractors and prepare scopes for bidding.
• Operational Excellence: implement standard rehab/CapEx procedures and track progress with daily logs and photos.
• Client & Property Relations: schedule work with property teams and provide updates to clients.
