Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. The role is on-site, reporting to the Property Manager, and involves supervising maintenance staff, ensuring a safe and clean living environment, and coordinating with vendors and residents.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, CPO and HVAC certifications, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and OneSite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or related field.
• Proficient in property management software such as OneSite and/or Yardi and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• CPO & HVAC certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Monitor and correct hazardous conditions throughout the property (gates, lighting, stairs, etc.).
• Identify and label utility cut-offs; maintain property maps.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff; promote a safety-first culture.
• Approve and delegate service requests; oversee completion and onsite support.
