The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, proficiency with OneSite/Yardi, and CPO/HVAC certifications. Expect a full-time, on-site role with weekend rotations and a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• CPO & HVAC certifications required.
• Available to work 40 hours/week with weekend on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and safety across the community.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, ensuring safety-first culture.
