Job summary

Beyond International is seeking a Lead Maintenance Supervisor for its Houston, TX property. The role oversees maintenance operations, coordinates technicians, and ensures safety and building code compliance.

Reporting to Senior Property Manager, you will manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and team development to deliver reliable occupancy support. The position requires 5+ years in multifamily maintenance, supervisory experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a strong grounding in

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification (required).
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• OSHA Safety Certification preferred.
• Experience with fire/life-safety systems strongly preferred.
• Experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work orders and respond within 24 hours.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate vendors and maintenance staff to minimize vacancy loss.
• Train and develop maintenance team members.
• Ensure life-safety systems compliance and safety inspections.
